What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, and Money Orders/Cashier's Checks by mail (see below for mailing instructions). For International Orders, your credit card statement should show you the U.S. dollar amount and the converted foreign currency amount based on your country's currency exchange rate (some banks will charge additional fees for foreign transactions). We will only ship orders to the name and address listed with your credit card company. We take fraud very seriously to protect our customers and fully monitor and report all suspicious activity.
All pricing is charged in U.S. dollars only, to calculate your approximate cost in a foreign currency click here. Currency selectors are available on the website and are for approximation only and do not determine the actual amount you are charged in your currency (other than U.S. dollars).
Credit Cards / Paypal
For credit card and Paypal orders, the name and address for the billing must match the information on the credit card or Paypal account (Paypal DOES allow you to ship to an alternate address, as long as they confirm the address, so we recommend that if shipping to a different address). If not, the order cannot be processed until the proper information is received. The "Ship To" address must also be the same as your credit card billing address. This is for your safety and ours. If you wish to ship your order to a different address (as a gift for example), you must call your credit card company to add an additional "Ship To" address, then provide the alternate address and your bank/credit card's phone number on the back of the card in the order notes so we can verify the information. If the address and phone number are not provided in the order notes, we can only ship to the billing address! Verification may cause a slight delay in the shipment of the order. To help expedite the process, please download and return this form to us. This can only be done with direct credit card payments, otherwise payment information would have to be re-submitted with Paypal.
Money Orders / Cashier's Checks by Mail
Orders by mail are not allocated until the payment is received, so there is a possibility that a particular item/size may be sold out by the time we receive payment. For that reason, we suggest to mail it in as quickly as possible. The easiest way to create an order is to create an account, add the item(s) to your shipping cart, then proceed to checkout, first by selecting the shipping method, then print out the following page, "Step 4: Payment Info". Once you have the Payment Information page printed with the selected item(s) and payment total, mail that in with your name, address, email address, and phone number. The checkout process is only done to add the items to your cart, choose your shipping method, and print out the Payment Info page, but checkout cannot be completed until we receive payment. Any items not available at the time payment is received will be issued a store credit by gift card or alternate item(s) can be chosen. Where do you ship to and what methods are available?

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Currently, only California and Texas residents are responsible for sales tax. For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties and/or taxes.
What does PREORDER or SPECIAL ORDER at the end of an item name mean?
(Prior to placing a preorder, we encourage you to read the following information, we will be happy to assist you in answering any questions regarding special order requests).
Preorder / special order items are advance order items that we expect to receive shortly and/or specially ordered for customers. We provide this unique service as a courtesy for our customers on popular and hard to find styles. Payment on all preorder / special order items is charged and processed as soon as your order is placed, so there is no delay in processing times associated with your order. Please note, preorder / special order items are NOT refundable. Once a preorder/special order is placed, we are obligated to receive this merchandise for you and cannot issue a refund. If you prefer to swap a preorder for a different size or style that is in stock, please let us know and we will issue a store credit by gift card for the original purchase price, plus sales tax, if applicable. (Please note: we are still obligated to receive your merchandise as ordered, regardless if the item is substituted for something else, even if a store credit is provided, no refunds will be given at any time).
After shipment, preorder / special order items can only be issued a store credit by gift card only, and are not refundable. If an order contains in stock items and preorder / special order items, the in stock items are shipped first, then the preorder / special order items will follow using standard shipping when they are available, regardless of the initial shipping method chosen. If you want to upgrade the preorder / special order items to a faster shipping method, please contact us for additional shipping charges.
If multiple preorder / special order items are on one order, they will be shipped after they all arrive in stock in one shipment. Any arrival dates listed are estimates provided by the manufacturer and are no guarantee as to the actual product arrival dates, and subject to delay without notice. The product page will be updated if any additional information is available (please do not send customer service messages about item status as all information available is provided on the product page).
What size should I buy?
Consult the size chart for approximate sizing, but all manufacturers vary slightly in sizing, even from style to style. If an item doesn't fit the way you'd like it to, you could always exchange it.
How should I care for items?
Due to nature of the materials used, we suggest following the directions on the care label. We suggest that you wash items on gentle cycle, inside out and use a gentle detergent i.e (Woolite) and it is recommended to hang dry items. Some items are extremely delicate for comfort and a washing machine/dryer could possibly damage the items. Be careful if ironing items, and NEVER iron foil prints or embellishments.
If I sign up for the email list, will I get spam?
No, we value our customers' privacy and you will only be contacted by our company. Our goal is to provide information on the newest products, current promotions, or any other information we feel is relevant to our customers. We do not disclose customer information to any third parties or sell customer lists like other companies might.
